Introduction
Actually Asked: Add an AI-powered FAQ section to your website, styled to match your site’s fonts and color palette and embedded in the page—not as a chat bubble that pops up in the bottom-right corner. Visitors can ask questions directly, or select a sentence on the page to ask a follow-up question about it.
The most frequently asked questions are automatically added to the FAQ. Each week, a report lists questions visitors asked that the website couldn’t answer. Visitors who leave their email are organized as leads. It supports Shopify, and you can also manage Q&A content through MCP with Claude and ChatGPT. Ideal for e-commerce, SaaS, and inquiry-heavy websites such as hotels and clinics.
