Generate native Swift applications using AI.
Bitrig was created by the same developers who created tools related to SwiftUI. Its function is very specific: you describe what you want in natural language, and it generates actual native Swift code that can be directly submitted to the App Store.
Compared to the general-purpose code assistant, its main difference lies in the closed-loop approach. After generating the required files, it doesn’t simply leave them to you; instead, it automatically runs the application, performs tests, identifies any issues, and then makes necessary adjustments. It supports multiple Apple platforms and device formats, integrates with GitHub workflows, and also provides backend support.
There is a developer-friendly feature in the billing system: it allows users to subscribe to either Claude or ChatGPT directly, eliminating the need to pay separate API fees based on the number of tokens used. This option can save users who make frequent use of these services a significant amount of money.
It is suitable for those who have product ideas but limited experience in iOS development, as well as for developers who already know how to use Swift and wish to outsource routine setup tasks. A macOS environment is required, and a Mac client is currently available for download.
