Rool provides each user with a complete machine hosted in the cloud; chatting merely serves as an entry point to utilize this system. This machine is capable of storing files, running software, and retaining memory and context between different tasks. It can also be connected to external tools through built-in connectors or custom MCP servers. The models deployed by Rool are hosted on infrastructure managed within the European Union. The company has officially promised not to sell any data or display advertisements; moreover, neither the files nor the conversations generated will be used for model training purposes.

The free version is available indefinitely, offering 240 credits per day and 1GB of storage per machine; the Plus version costs 9 euros per month, and the daily credit amount increases to 1200. For individuals or small teams that have strict requirements regarding the location of their data, this is a rather uncommon option; however, if one simply wants to use a chatbot, the concept of “machine” associated with it may seem somewhat excessive.
