New Bits

Bits is an open source personal agent that focuses on local priorities and is always online. It runs on your own computer and uses ordinary files to remember important things, so you can open and view the memorized content at any time, can change it, and will not be locked in a cloud service.

It not only gives you a piece of text when answering questions, but it generates interfaces that you can manipulate directly, such as lists, forms, and small panels, to help you get things done. The official website also provides connectors and installation instructions to access commonly used tools and services.

The code is open sourced on GitHub. Technology users who care about privacy and want a personal assistant on call need to deploy themselves and have a slightly higher bar for those who don't know the command line at all.
