What is the Magic Event AI Chrome extension/plug-in?
Magic Events is a feature within Google Calendar that utilizes artificial intelligence, particularly ChatGPT, to generate calendar events based on natural language descriptions. Users simply need to enter phrases such as “Have lunch with Ben tomorrow,” and the AI will automatically convert it into a properly formatted calendar event, including the correct date, time, and title.
How to use the Magic Event AI Chrome extension/plugin?
Visit calendar.google.com, click “+ Create”, and then select “Magic Event”. Enter a description for your event (for example, “Have dinner with Sarah at 7 pm next Friday”), and the AI will create it for you.
