Conference Call Follow-up Assistant
Tovel records calls and meetings, and then converts this information into action items, CRM entries, and calendar events.
There are two aspects of this design that deserve attention. First, Tovel does not require the use of robots in meetings. Many similar tools require a “XX Notetaker” to be brought into the meeting room so that all participants can see it, which can be quite embarrassing in inappropriate situations. In contrast, Tovel uses device-based recording technology, allowing it to capture even face-to-face conversations that take place offline.
Secondly, all generated content can only take effect after you give your approval. Summaries, to-do lists, schedules, and CRM updates are all placed aside until you confirm them; they will not be automatically sent out or recorded in the system. This rule is particularly important in sales scenarios – if AI misinterprets a single sentence, it could lead to automatic updates of customer records, which might result in even worse consequences than not keeping any records at all.
It covers three types of scenarios: phone calls, online meetings, and face-to-face conversations. It provides features for transcription, summarization, action items, as well as a searchable database of information.
Currently, this is in the beta testing phase and is suitable for positions related to sales and customer success.
