The AI knowledge base shared by the entire team
What OzBrain aims to address is a common issue that people often face but rarely discuss openly: in your conversations, your own context is always present; in your colleagues’ conversations, theirs is. As a result, both parties never have the opportunity to exchange these contexts with each other, which forces people to repeatedly copy and paste the same information. OzBrain’s approach is to enable the AI assistants of the entire team to read and write about the same piece of knowledge together.
It is not the same as the built-in memory systems of various platforms. While platform memory stores a few preferences along with a summary of conversations, OzBrain stores the actual content of work—projects, decisions, research findings, and well-thought-out ideas. Knowledge is broken down into nested segments, and each time the intelligent system retrieves information, it only gets the part that it truly needs. For example, it will extract only the main text of an email instead of the entire document, which reduces the chances of errors.
Another practical issue relates to version control: The same plan may be stored in various locations such as cloud drives, notebooks, download directories, and emails, making it difficult to determine which version is the most up-to-date. OzBrain ensures that the latest version always takes precedence, so all agents make their decisions based on the same version of the plan.
It has been integrated with environments such as Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Cursor, and Gemini. Free plans are available, divided into individual and team options.
