TellPip

TellPip is a call assistance tool that provides real-time prompts during phone calls or video meetings. For example, when a customer asks about the price, it will remind you of what you previously agreed upon, which contract clause should be referred to, and how to answer that question.

It doesn’t add robots to the meeting; the other participants won’t see any additional attendees. You can simply work on your computer, and the audio remains solely on that device. This feature is compatible with various communication tools such as Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, Webex, Slack, WhatsApp, Discord, and Telegram.

Currently, a Mac version is available for download. The interface supports English, Italian, French, and Spanish. It is ideal for sales personnel, customer service staff, and consultants who frequently conduct meetings with clients.
