End-to-end AI recruitment and interview platform
AINA keeps the entire hiring process in one system—from clarifying requirements, sourcing, and initial screening to interviews and decision-making—so you don’t have to move data back and forth between multiple tools.
The starting point is rather unusual. Instead of having you fill out a job description template, it first asks, "What problem is this person coming in to solve?" and then works backward by probing for details, helping you put the requirements and screening criteria into words. Based on that, it generates a candidate profile and job description, and then starts sourcing candidates. A lot of recruiting goes wrong because the need itself was never clearly thought through; this step gets at the root of the problem.
This intermediate layer runs the first round of screening and interviews, gathers additional signals, and explains why someone is or isn’t a fit for the specific role; recruiters only get involved for people who are genuinely worth their time. It also comes with an ATS, where candidates, applications, and evaluation records all live.
The official figures are: over 100 teams are using it, it has filled more than 200 roles, conducted 12,000 interviews, and scored 45,000 candidates; setting up a role takes about 30 minutes, and the first shortlist is delivered within 24 hours. There’s a free trial entry point; for full use, you need to contact them for a demo.
