Pactto

Pactto is an online review platform designed for creative teams working in fields such as design and video production. Each project has a dedicated “room” where the works can be displayed in high resolution, allowing everyone to view them together and provide comments simultaneously.

In the room, an AI intelligent entity is present throughout the entire process: it understands what the various contributions aim to convey, records everyone’s opinions, and is even capable of making immediate modifications based on those suggestions. After the meeting, there is no need for anyone to sort out “who said what just now”——all the discussions and decisions remain within that room itself.

The free version allows you to create up to 2 rooms; the Pro version is available for annual subscription at $19 per month, or monthly subscription at $25 per month. Small teams that frequently need to make revisions to documents together with clients or team members might want to give it a try.
