An AI tutor that explains problems step by step on a whiteboard.
Unlike chatbots that simply provide answers, Albie is an AI tutor that teaches problems on a shared whiteboard. It first demonstrates the first step of the process, then allows the child to complete the next step on their own. After reading what the child has written, it identifies the step where an error was made and provides guidance instead of giving the answer directly. Its curriculum covers a wide range of mathematical topics, from basic counting to calculus, as well as programming and language courses.
Parents can view the learning progress of each child. A family can have up to 6 children for whom separate accounts can be created. The family version offers a 7-day free trial, after which it can be subscribed to monthly at the rate of $32 or annually. Schools can apply to participate in the pilot program first. Currently, the service is primarily offered in English and is suitable for families that wish their children to truly understand the problem-solving process rather than simply copy the answers.
