An AI assistant can only perform one task at a time, but OpenSwarm’s approach is to have multiple agents working simultaneously. It is a desktop application available for macOS and Windows. You can assign tasks such as research, form filling, advertising placement, and data organization to different intelligent agents, and they will carry out these tasks in parallel. However, when high-risk operations such as making payments, sending messages, or deleting data are involved, the agents will pause and wait for your approval before proceeding.

The model is not rigidly bound to any specific service; you can connect it to your existing paid subscriptions to Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini, or simply provide your API Key to utilize its capabilities. Currently, this feature is in the beta testing phase, and users who successfully apply will be able to use it for free. It is ideal for independent entrepreneurs and small teams that need to handle multiple tasks simultaneously; regular users may find that a single-threaded chat tool is sufficient for their needs.
