A visual Git tool for reviewing the changes made by AI agents
GitGlow is a visual Git workspace that prioritizes local operations. Its new selling point is that it not only allows users to review their own changes but also those made by programming agents. Nowadays, many people use tools like Claude Code or Codex to make modifications in the background while still writing code themselves. As a result, they often aren’t sure what exactly should be submitted in the end.
It can track what actions each supported agent has performed in various workspaces. You can view the differences between files one by one, perform precise staging operations, resolve conflicts, review the history of code submissions, and prepare to release new versions. The “Review Credibility” feature in the Pro version keeps track of which files you have viewed and what checks you have run. Whenever the code changes, relevant files will be reminded again, and previous check results will be marked as outdated, thus preventing the use of old test results when releasing new code.
It is compatible with macOS, Windows, and Linux. Private local repositories can be used for free without the need to register an account. Features such as credibility verification are available in the Pro version. This solution is ideal for individual developers and small teams, especially those who have already entrusted part of their coding tasks to AI systems.
