AgentKit is a tool designed to create AI customer service robots for websites. Simply provide the official website address, upload PDF files, documents, or additional text, and specify a few questions that must be answered exactly as they are originally written – in just a few minutes, you’ll have created an intelligent system that fully understands your business requirements.

The completed robots can be integrated into WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Wix, or any HTML-based website using a single line of code. They are also capable of responding to private messages on Instagram, as well as handling WhatsApp and email communications. Recently, automatic responses to private messages on Instagram have also been added. Each robot allows for individual customization of its tone, welcome message, brand color, recommended questions, contact form, and the specific AI model to be used—whether it’s OpenAI, Claude, or Gemini. In the backend, administrators can view what questions visitors have posed and which ones remain unanswered; all collected information can be exported for further use.

It can be set up for free without the need to link a payment card. Paid packages are priced based on the number of messages received.
