An AI-based coordination agent that helps teams track progress and assign tasks efficiently.
What is it used for?Ayven is a team coordination tool developed by the British company Alknoma, and it functions similarly to the role of a “chief of staff.” It determines who should answer a particular question and sends private messages to the relevant individuals. When tasks need to be completed, Ayven creates tickets in systems like Jira, Asana, or YouTrack, assigns responsible persons and sets deadlines, and then monitors the progress until the task is marked as completed on the dashboard.
Will it move things around randomly? It will automatically send messages and comments on its own, but any modifications to the content of a ticket must first be approved by you. Before asking for assistance, it will first check existing tickets, documents, and discussion threads to avoid causing unnecessary interruptions or duplicating requests.
Which tools can be connected to it?Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Drive, Notion, SharePoint, Jira, Asana, YouTrack, GitHub. For the Teams version, you currently need to upload the installation package yourself.
How much does it cost? The free package offers a limit of 500 points per month, which can be used for all episodes. There is no need to link a credit card. For the price of the paid package, please refer to the pricing page. The official website provides an online demo that can be accessed without registration. The company has stated that it has obtained SOC 2 Type II certification.
Who would need it?Entrepreneurial teams that face numerous cross-departmental issues and often encounter situations where no one takes responsibility for solving these problems are the most suited for this kind of situation.
