A company-wide "brain" that can be shared by all team AI agents
What is Hexis? It is a corporate intelligence system developed by Bevel that enables various AI agents within a team—such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Cursor—to share the same set of corporate knowledge, skills, and tools.
What problem does this solution address? After enterprises start using AI, everyone ends up with their own set of prompts and plugins, resulting in inconsistent information formats and chaotic permission settings. Hexis assigns a specific person in charge for each knowledge page; any changes made require approval, and version history is maintained. Commonly used workflows are turned into shared resources that team members can suggest modifications to, and these changes only take effect after being approved by the designated owner. Tools like HubSpot, Notion, and Jira can all be integrated through a single MCP endpoint, allowing all agents to use them seamlessly.
How to ensure security? Permissions can be set down to the level of folders, files, skills, and tools. The code is stored in a Git repository that you have full control over. Audit logs allow you to see which proxy used which tool. The source code is released under the Apache-2.0 license.
How much does it cost? The managed version is free for up to 3 users. For the team version, the cost is 10 euros per person per month (excluding taxes). The enterprise version requires separate negotiation. Self-management options are completely free of charge. This solution is particularly suitable for sales, operations, and procurement teams, as well as IT departments that need to control the use of AI technologies.
