What is the CONFUTEGPT AI Chrome extension/plug-in?
CONFUTEGPT is a Chrome extension that acts as your trusted information analyst. It utilizes OpenAI’s GPT-3.5 Turbo model to analyze articles on web pages and identify fake news and misleading information. This extension provides explanations and rebuttals for any inaccuracies found in the articles, and assigns them scores ranging from 0 (completely unreliable) to 10 (fact-based). It responds in the same language that the user uses in the article.
How to use the CONFUTEGPT AI Chrome extension/plugin?
Install the CONFUTEGPT Chrome extension. Click on the extension icon and then click “Start Analysis” to analyze the articles on the current web page.
