The AI colleague who lives within Slack…
Viktor doesn’t refer to itself as a “tool”; instead, it is called an “AI employee.” It resides within Slack and Microsoft Teams and integrates with various software systems that teams are using—in fact, according to the official statements, it can connect to over 3,200 different applications. Then, it carries out tasks just like a regular colleague: it collects data for weekly reports, follows up on relevant issues, manages tickets, and sends the results back to the respective channels immediately after completing its work.
Unlike typical question-and-answer assistants, it actively observes how the team operates and intervenes when issues arise. For example, if it notices that a certain metric needs to be manually calculated every Monday, it will recommend automating this process. Behind this development is the team Zeta Labs, which previously created the AI-powered email assistant Jace.
You can start the trial for free. This option is particularly suitable for overseas startups that have already become heavily dependent on Slack. The more permissions you grant, the more useful this tool will be – but it also means that you need to carefully assess potential data security risks.
