Turn employees' voice recordings into social media posts
Agent Craft addresses an age-old issue in corporate social media: content posted on the company account goes virtually unnoticed, while interactions on employees’ personal accounts are much higher (the official figure is around 7 times higher). However, employees either don’t have the time or are not interested in creating such content.
The approach they adopted was to send each employee a small question every day. Employees would spend 3 minutes recording a voice or video response, and Craft would then rewrite these original materials into posts suitable for various platforms and post them on the employees’ own accounts, covering a total of 8 different platforms. Managers could thus monitor the visibility and engagement data of the entire team.
This approach is ideal for B2B companies and sales teams that wish to implement a “team-wide marketing” strategy. It is essential to discuss this initiative with employees in advance; otherwise, it is very likely to turn into a mere formality involving the passive distribution of messages.
