Viqal is an artificial intelligence-based virtual concierge service designed for hotels, resort parks, and inns. Integrated with the hotel’s Property Management System (PMS), Viqal automatically handles guest inquiries, reservation changes, personalized promotions, and collects feedback after guests check out. Its purpose is to generate additional revenue, save staff time, and enhance the overall customer experience.
How to use Viqal?
Connect Viqal to your PMS, booking engine, or online travel agency (OTA), or upload reservation information via CSV files. Once that is done, the AI will automatically handle customer interactions via WhatsApp, responding to inquiries and handling promotions, etc. Staff can intervene when necessary.
