New Harness
A command center for the unified coordination of multiple AI agents
Introduction
“Harness” is an AI-powered command center launched by the office furniture brand Autonomous. The concept behind it is to bring together all sorts of intelligent systems that are currently scattered across homes, offices, and servers in one central location for management. Once you specify what needs to be done, this system will assign the task to the most suitable intelligent component—for example, Claude Code or Codex—to carry out the assignment.
The software component, Harness App, can be downloaded for free. In addition, two desktop hardware devices are also available for purchase: Harness Device, which costs $149 and is used to issue commands by pressing buttons, and Harness Pro, which costs $299 and comes equipped with a screen that displays the progress of each smart device.
Suitable for developers who need to manage multiple programming or automation agents simultaneously. While hardware can enhance the experience, the main functions can still be accomplished solely using the app.
