The new CleverSee
The enterprise-level AI search service launched by Alibaba Cloud
Introduction
CleverSee is an AI-based search and Q&A platform launched by Alibaba Cloud, designed specifically for enterprise use cases. It is currently in the beta testing phase. The platform boasts two core capabilities: firstly, it offers online search and Q&A services via APIs and dedicated agents that can break down questions into multiple components, conduct multi-step searches, filter information sources, and provide answers accompanied by relevant references; secondly, it enables enterprises to manage multimodal data – including documents, images, audio, and video – by integrating them into a unified system for searching or conducting Q&A activities.
The search scope, search strategies, and result presentation formats can all be customized. In addition, online debugging and performance evaluation tools are available. Typical use cases cited by the developers include enterprise knowledge base Q&A systems, video media retrieval services, industry research and competitor analysis, as well as providing real-time online Q&A functionality for in-vehicle systems, smart hardware devices, and voice assistants.
This is a product designed for developers and enterprises, not a search engine for individual users. It needs to be activated through the Alibaba Cloud console, and you can apply for a free trial.
