The new Doozy

Doozy is an AI colleague that lives within Slack and can assist teams in support, operations, sales, and engineering with practical tasks. You just need to @it in a channel and assign a task, such as “Identify which customers lost business last month and determine the reasons; organize this information into a spreadsheet.” Doozy will then retrieve the list of lost customers from Stripe, check the last communication records for each customer through Intercom, and finally compile the results into the spreadsheet.

It operates directly within the tools you already have in use, and it will gradually learn the way your company conducts its tasks as it is being applied. The pricing is $20 per month for the entire team, not per person. You can also try it out for free for 14 days without needing to link your credit card.

It is ideal for small overseas teams that already make extensive use of Slack and its associated toolchains in a SaaS environment. Before integrating it, you need to carefully determine what system permissions should be granted to it.
