Introduction
Lea is a construction project management AI launched by LeanAIOS. It is not a general assistant, but a team of AI experts covering 18 professional fields. Each field works according to the standards of the industry.
It covers all aspects: project quantity calculation and bidding quotation, FIDIC contract and change risk, building project structure according to drawings, drawing review and version management, schedule plan (Takt, LBMS, CPM), pre-construction 3D preview, backtracking of the latest order time for materials, six-week rolling plan, quality inspection and safety permit, etc.
Suitable for general contractors, project management companies and cost teams. The construction industry has a high professional threshold. What it can do is take over a large amount of documentation and calculation work. Key decisions still need to be made by engineers.
