What is Backtrack AI?
Backtrack is a conference recording application that can capture up to 5 hours of audio and video content on your Mac. It allows you to privately save all the content you have seen, heard, or spoken during a meeting, and then convert it into AI-generated notes or summaries. Additionally, it serves as an AI-assisted tool designed specifically for trade shows and exhibitions. It can help you organize important conversations at these events, automatically generate meeting minutes, and send them directly to your CRM system.
How to use Backtrack AI?
Set Backtrack to standby in the background. After completing the necessary steps, take photos of business cards or badges to initiate the automation process. Backtrack will record the audio from previous exhibitions, generate AI summaries and transcriptions, and automatically input this information into your CRM system.
