What is SOAPME.AI?
SOAPME.AI is a HIPAA-compliant artificial intelligence tool that automatically generates SOAP (Subjective, Objective, Assessment, Plan) notes based on audio conversations between clinicians and patients. Its purpose is to reduce the time required for documentation, prevent clinicians from becoming overworked, and allow for more focused patient care.
How to use SOAPME.AI?
1) Record the audio of patient conversations via SOAPME’s web-based application (compatible with smartphones).
2) View the generated SOAP notes, and edit them if necessary (voice editing is supported). You can also print or copy the text and insert it into your electronic health record system.
