Empacer is a voice AI assistant for small shop owners, built on the idea: “Just speak—no need to learn how to write prompts.”

The first time you use it, answer three questions: what your business does, who your customers are, and what tone you usually use. After that, it remembers your prices, customers, and past work. For example, a nail salon owner says into her phone, “Send a reminder to regulars who didn’t come in last week, and write a WeChat Moments post about a weekend promotion.” It turns that sentence into a plan and then delivers ready-to-use finished pieces: customer replies, social media copy, quotes, marketing emails, and more.

The pain point it addresses is actually the reality many small businesses face: they’ve subscribed to several AI memberships, but every time they start a new chat they have to re-explain what their business does—and in the end they still never really get much use out of them. It’s suited to sole proprietors and small and micro businesses without dedicated operations staff, has an English interface, and offers a free starter plan.
