What is “describy”?
Describy is an AI-driven platform that collects users' feedback on web applications through voice conversations. It offers various features such as independent web pages for conducting interviews, embedded widgets for integrating with websites, and the ability to conduct telephone interviews via the Describy proxy. Its goal is to enable user interviews without the need for direct involvement from either users or development teams.
How to use Describy?
Users can integrate describy into their web applications in three ways: by using a standalone webpage, by embedding a widget directly within their website, or by arranging telephone interviews for users through the describy proxy service. Once that is done, AI will conduct the interviews and provide feedback accordingly.
