What is Evalify?
Evalify utilizes artificial intelligence to rapidly assess the legal risks associated with investment plans. By analyzing over 200 million patent documents covering more than 170 judicial jurisdictions, it simplifies due diligence processes and innovation evaluations for founders and investors. Evalify assigns scores to startups, assisting investors, lawyers, and entrepreneurs in making more informed investment decisions. It essentially serves as a credit rating system for your startup.
How to use Evalify?
Upload your investment plan or product/technology brief to Evalify. The system will compare the evaluated idea against data from approximately 200 million patents, covering 170 judicial jurisdictions. You will receive a preliminary Freedom to Operate (FTO) assessment and score within just a few minutes.
