What is Shh… Silence: An app designed to help prevent snoring?
Shh… Silence is an AI-powered snoring detector that sends gentle reminders whenever snoring is detected. This helps you gradually reduce the intensity of your snoring or adopt sleeping positions that prevent it from occurring. The app uses artificial intelligence models to monitor snoring sounds on the device and trigger alerts accordingly. All processing is performed locally on the device, and no user data is collected at all.
How to use the Shh.. Silence: Anti Snoring App?
1. Turn it on… and switch it to silent mode.
2. Adjust the confidence threshold of the AI according to your snoring habits.
3. Keep the device turned on while you go to sleep. When snoring is detected, the “shh” sound will be played.
4. Try your best to reduce your snoring.
