What is the Aledade EHR Overlay Chrome extension/plug-in?
Aledade (SDC ML) EHR Overlay represents an extension to your electronic health record (EHR) system, designed to aid in the identification of relevant fields within your EHR data for further product development and analytics. By utilizing this tool, you acknowledge that it may potentially reveal potential diagnoses; however, you and your practice are ultimately responsible for making accurate coding decisions and ensuring that all supporting documentation is completed properly. Accessing and using this application is considered “confidential information” under the terms of ACO (a subsidiary of Aledade, Inc.), and therefore subject to confidentiality obligations. It should be noted that this is a trial version, not a production-ready release.
