How to use the STAR Method Coach?
Using the STAR method, users can select a target position, company, or skill to generate a list of potential interview questions, or they can upload their resume, job description, or a custom list of questions. Afterwards, they can practice answering these questions in coaching mode to receive AI-generated feedback, or they can conduct real simulations in interview mode. After each interview, users will receive a detailed performance report along with suggestions for improvement.
