What is Mairit?
Mairit is a recruitment automation platform powered by generative artificial intelligence, designed to transform corporate recruitment processes into ability-based systems. It assists employers in managing the entire recruitment lifecycle – from automatically generating and publishing job descriptions to creating and linking technical and behavioral assessment tools. Mairit utilizes artificial intelligence to evaluate resumes based on over 10 criteria and ranks candidates accordingly, making it easier to conduct thorough screenings. Its purpose is to eliminate unconscious biases and enhance the candidate experience throughout the process.
How to use Mairit?
After candidates register, they can create job openings or assessments (generated using AI) and post them on the platform. The system will automatically evaluate applicants based on the information provided in their assessments and resumes. Once candidates register, they can view available positions, apply for them, and participate in the designated assessments.
