Just search for whatever contract you need. All contracts can be downloaded for free in both PDF and Word formats. Word files can be edited after downloading, while PDF files are non-editable and are intended for direct printing after download!

The Model Contract Text Database collects model contract texts formulated and issued by market regulation authorities for public review and download.
The parties may conclude a contract by reference to the various model contract forms. According to the relevant provisions, where the parties conclude a contract by reference to a model contract form, they shall fully understand the contents of the contract terms and shall themselves bear the legal consequences arising from the conclusion and performance of the contract. If a dispute arises between the parties over the understanding of the contract terms, the terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations.
Where a party uses or fraudulently uses model contract texts to commit contract-related illegal acts, such as infringing on consumer rights or harming national interests and the public interest, market regulation departments at all levels will, upon discovery, hold it legally liable.
