What is the ChatDev IDE AI Chrome extension/plug-in?
ChatDev IDE is a web-based integrated development environment designed to seamlessly connect conversations between various AI agents. It consists of three main components: the Game Mode, the Chat Mode, and the Prompt IDE. Users can customize non-player characters (NPCs), define location prompts, build GPT models using a visual prompt editor, and run these models to enable multi-character collaboration. A key feature of this tool is its ability to link conversations across different agents within a single browser window – this allows for minimal use of API tokens, as users can simply log in to the LLM website via their browsers.
How to use the ChatDev IDE AI Chrome extension/plug-in?
Log in to the LLM website via a browser to use the ChatDev IDE. Then, utilize the additional features to customize NPCs in game mode, engage in proxy interactions in chat mode, and use the IDE for visual editing of prompts and the construction of GPT models. You can import GPT models from the GPT community or create your own customized GPT models and run them to facilitate multi-character collaboration.
