Queerbid AI is a corporate-level bidding and tendering platform developed by Beijing QueerCloud Intelligence. It covers the entire process, including bid document review, bid preparation, reuse of existing materials, risk assessment, and simulated bid evaluation.

The usage is to upload the tender documents. The system first performs an analysis, extracting information such as the scoring criteria, items that will result in bid rejection, and qualification requirements. Subsequently, it generates preliminary drafts for both the technical and commercial sections of the tender. The platform includes a built-in corporate database, which allows materials such as company qualifications, performance records, and personnel details—which are frequently needed—to be stored and reused, eliminating the need to search through folders each time.

Risk assessment and simulated bid evaluation are relatively uncommon features among bidding tools: the former is used to identify any omissions or inconsistencies in the documents, while the latter involves applying the scoring criteria specified in the tender document to evaluate one’s own bid in advance.

There are three entry points: the web version, the desktop client, and the WPS plugin. The WPS plugin is particularly important for those who actually prepare tender documents, since the final edits always take place within these documents. Being able to make changes directly without having to repeatedly export and import files saves a lot of time and effort.

This is suitable for small and medium-sized enterprises that frequently participate in bidding competitions, as well as those that have dedicated personnel responsible for preparing bid documents. However, it is still necessary to manually verify the initial drafts, especially with regard to figures and information related to qualifications.
