Dividing a long image into equal segments
There are two modes for splitting long images: equal division (splitting the image into N segments, with each segment having the same height) or fixed-height division (each segment has a predetermined number of pixels; the last segment will contain any remaining pixels). You can split images both vertically and horizontally; for long images, divide them vertically; for wide images, divide them horizontally. A single image can be divided into a maximum of 50 segments.
The cutting line is previewed in real time on the screen, allowing you to see exactly where the cut will be made before proceeding. For long images where the content is evenly distributed, dividing them into equal parts is a good option. On pages with clear module divisions, it is better to manually align the elements to the blank spaces between these modules using a fixed height – this looks much more pleasing than simply dividing the image into equal halves in a rigid manner.
After cutting, pack the files into a ZIP archive, number them in order, and then select them accordingly when uploading.
