Scholé AI is an AI-based learning platform designed for team training. It recently ranked first on the daily list of Product Hunt rankings. Its core feature is a new learning approach called “Learn by Building”: instead of watching a 47-minute recorded lecture, users are directly guided to work on a real-world project using the specific tool they want to learn about. The system teaches users only the knowledge and skills necessary for completing that particular task at each step of the process.

There are actually two systems working behind the scenes: one is a knowledge-tracking model that keeps track of which skills each person has mastered and which ones they are still struggling with, so that the next lesson can be tailored accordingly; the other system consists of computer-operated intelligent agents that are capable of “understanding” software interfaces. This means that whenever a tool is updated, the course content can also be revised in a timely manner, ensuring that students won’t encounter situations where buttons have been moved to different locations halfway through a lesson.

This option is particularly suitable for companies that need their entire team to quickly get familiar with new tools—for instance, those that have recently launched an AI product or a data platform. Individual users can try the tools for free without needing to link their credit cards; however, the team version requires scheduling a demonstration in advance.
