AI-assisted Linux server management desktop interface
CtrlOps is a desktop application designed for managing Linux servers. It integrates functions such as SSH connections, file management, log viewing, deployment, monitoring, and security auditing into a single interface. It is aimed at developers who do not have dedicated IT operations personnel but possess several VPS instances.
The AI component primarily operates at the user interface level: you specify what you want to do using natural language, and it generates the corresponding commands, which are only executed after your confirmation; it does not act on its own without guidance. In addition, there are 25 built-in security audit functions, and PDF reports can be generated for easy reference. The system also allows you to back up directories to S3 on a scheduled basis or to configure port forwarding. It emphasizes the principle of “local priority and no need for additional agents”; no extra agents need to be installed on the server, and all authentication credentials are stored solely on your own computer.
It is compatible with Mac, Windows, and Linux. You can try it out for free for one month without being required to link your credit card. After that, the fee will be $7 per person per month. For those who place great importance on server security, it is recommended to carefully review each command generated by the AI before clicking “Confirm”.
