Node canvases enable the creation of image and video workflows.
Melius claims to be “an AI-native operating system for creatives,” and in essence, it functions as an infinite canvas based on nodes: every prompt, every piece of material, and every resulting output represents a node, and when connected together, they form a creative process that combines images, videos, audio, and text.
The built-in agent Mel will assist you in connecting nodes and selecting the most appropriate models for each step – such as GPT Image 2, Ideogram, or Seedance – eliminating the need to manually design prompts. The system also offers version history, real-time team collaboration, brand templates, and the ability to reuse existing components. Additionally, it provides MCP servers that allow external agents like Claude and Codex to directly interact with the canvas.
Registration is free. The Creator package costs approximately $17 per month, the Growth package costs around $43 per month, and the Professional package costs about $93 per month. The Team version is priced based on the number of licenses purchased. These packages are more suitable for advertising, e-commerce, film and television production, and design teams. For individuals who only need to create images occasionally, these options may be a bit overkill.
Video tools are designed to handle the visual aspects of content, but the story itself still needs to be developed separately. TVLab has compiled a collection of currently popular short-form dramas as well as common story tropes (such as coming-back stories, hidden identities, contract marriages, and so on). Each inspiration card includes vertical-format storyboards along with visual prompts.
