Promptic is an optimization platform designed for teams developing generative AI applications. Its purpose is to address the long-standing challenge of balancing performance, cost, and latency.

It utilizes OpenTelemetry to record every call made by large models or tools, enabling benchmark comparisons of the same set of tasks across different models such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and Gemini. The optimization process is based on the team’s own data and business metrics, rather than general evaluation rankings. Prompt sequences, agent routing, and tool usage can all be automatically adjusted. Access methods include the console and CI pipelines; it is also possible for programming agents to directly initiate these processes, allowing AI to design experiments and implement improvements on its own.

There are free options available. The Team package costs 149 euros per month, while the Business package costs 599 euros per month. The Enterprise version can be negotiated on a case-by-case basis, and a 30% discount will be applied during the launch period. This solution is ideal for teams that already have online AI capabilities but are facing challenges related to billing and performance analysis.
