AI-powered electronic medical records for small clinics
Qlynic is an AI-powered electronic medical record and clinic management system developed by the Canadian company Arxeon. It integrates functions such as appointment scheduling, medical record entry, prescription issuance, claim processing, and patient communication into a single system, eliminating the need to repeatedly enter the same information.
AI Scribe is capable of automatically generating SOAP medical records and claim codes based on the recordings of consultation sessions. In addition, a voice-based front desk service is available to assist patients. Electronic prescriptions include functionality for cross-checking potential allergies. The system also supports remote video consultations, text message alerts, online payments, as well as direct claims processing through Alberta’s AHCIP/H-Link systems. All data is stored in the Azure Canada region.
For each doctor, the cost is 89 Canadian dollars per month, or 69 Canadian dollars when paid annually; in addition, AI Scribe costs an additional 99 Canadian dollars per month, including 600 minutes of usage time. This solution is suitable for small clinics with 1 to 5 doctors, but it is basically useless for domestic users. However, companies developing medical SaaS services may find its product format useful as a reference.
