AI assistants integrated into Gmail and Slack
Superhuman Go is an AI assistant launched by Superhuman – the brand name adopted after Grammarly’s parent company changed its identity. It doesn’t require you to open a new chat window; instead, it appears directly within Gmail, Slack, online documents, and your browser. It can help you rephrase sentences, draft responses in your own voice, and organize relevant emails and materials before a meeting begins.
According to the official statement, these agents will take proactive actions on their own—for example, organizing your inbox or sending you updates via Slack. In addition to these pre-built functions, it is also possible to create custom intelligent agents without writing any code; these agents can run automatically at scheduled times. Within the Superhuman ecosystem, there is even a dedicated marketplace where you can purchase such agents.
It can be used for free at first, but teams and businesses have the option to purchase paid plans. Both emails and chat records need to be authorized for it to read them; this makes it particularly suitable for teams that have clear regulations regarding data access rights. Users who are already accustomed to Grammarly’s writing assistance tools will find it very easy to get started using this new service.
