A free customer service and internal communication tool provided by Tencent Cloud.
Knocket, developed by the TRTC team at Tencent Cloud, addresses a very fundamental issue: when users want to contact you, they need a way to “knock on your door”. It brings together web chat plugins, contact pages, iOS/Android embedded SDKs, and Telegram responses in one central location. No matter which entry point visitors use, all messages are collected in this same place. Additionally, an AI customer service system can be integrated to handle common inquiries initially.
It is suitable for independent developers, as well as teams using SaaS services that have just been launched, small e-commerce businesses, and studios that do not have dedicated customer service staff. On the web version, simply adding a piece of script is sufficient for use; on mobile devices, the WebView SDK can be utilized. According to the official statement, it is completely free of charge, and so far, no paid options have been made available. As an alternative to tools like Intercom or Crisp, which charge based on the number of agents, the entry barrier is quite low. The interface is primarily in English, so domestic teams may need some time to get used to it.
