Viibeo

“Faceless” short-video accounts are common overseas: creepy trivia, true crime, bite-sized personal finance lessons—all can be carried by a script, voiceover, and visuals alone. Viibeo is built for this kind of content: you enter a topic, and it generates a script, adds voiceover from 100+ selectable voices plus subtitles, and outputs a finished 9:16 vertical video, 15 to 30 seconds long.

Paid tiers can enable Autopilot to automatically publish to TikTok, Reels, and Shorts, plus Ad Factory for creating ad creatives. The first video is free but comes with a watermark; the entry plan for watermark-free exports starts at $19. It’s suited to individual creators and small teams running overseas account matrices, though they’ll need to manage topic selection themselves to mitigate the risk of content homogenization.

If you use it to make AI short dramas, you can start with the script and storyboard first.TVLabFind: plot breakdowns for hit overseas short dramas, short-drama trope and pacing sheets, and inspiration cards with pre-broken-down storyboards—just copy them over and use them as prompts.
